Baffle them with bullshit

It's been a busy week. Went to Baltimore on Friday. I never know what to say about addiction. I think it's a crock, but we're supposed to be in favor of treatment, so I said:

We know how to make this smaller -- we know how to make the supply smaller, we know how to make the demand smaller. We must treat those who are addicted who are the largest volume consumers. We must also cut off the source to keep the opportunity to them to stay in recovery and to cut off the chance that more people are going to get sick

I have no idea what that means, but everybody seemed to nod a lot and the media reported it.
