I'm Jon Walters... the Drug Czar. I'm busy touring the country right now telling people that summer is the most dangerous time for marijuana use. It's getting me some good press (the media will eat up anything I tell them.) I think I'll try the same thing in the Fall for some back-to-school press.
Anyway, I don't know how much time I'll have to post in my new blog, but check back.
